Daddy is having surgery tomorrow to remove his right kidney (cancer)....please pray for him.

Surgery will be in Stephenville...not sure the time yet.

Daddy's surgery is at 9:30 in the morning. I will give Julie or GBOF a call and give them an update...and get them to post it here.

Thanks again everyone. I have the best Daddy in the world....he has always been the rock in our family...and that hasn't seemed to have changed much....he is handling this better than any of the rest of us.

I just got home. Surgery went well. Kidney is out...and it looks to the doctor as if it is all contained. We will have to get the official report from the pathologist...but right now things are looking good.

I love you guys...thanks for being such great friends and support during this time.

Just checking to see if anybody has heard from Mally? Wondering how her Dad is doing and how the family is holding up. Anybody know anything, please share.

Daddy is doing really well. He is still in ICU, but they have taken the caths out of his arm and neck.

I am betting they let him out of ICU tomorrow.

Everyone else is doing pretty good...Mom is wore out of course...but mostly she is relieved.

Well Mally, you all have made the first hurdle and sounds like your Dad came through with flying colors. Hooray! Get those test back and maybe you all can breathe a sigh of relief. You know all your "spinner" friends are not only pulling for your family, but saying our prayers as well. Hang in there.
