Chicken Salad Recipe

I am looking for a chicken salad recipe. I love to eat at a little sandwich place in Abilene called the Hickory Street Cafe (I think that is the name). They have the best chicken salad. IT has red grapes in it. Also Arby's has a great chicken salad. Please help me out.

The Vineyard in Cisco has a good chicken salad. I don't know if you could talk them out of it. If so, you could add red grapes to it.
I've eaten the Hickory Street sandwich and it is good.
